All products available on samebikes. It is shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse (Samebike) in the UK by International Express (DPD or GLS), guaranteeing a fast and reliable service within 5-7 working days (barring unforeseen events) at no additional cost, so the product price already includes all import charges (taxes, customs duties).


Products will be shipped within 48 hours (working days) after payment confirmation. Parcel delivery takes up to 5-7 days (working days) after shipping confirmation, except for islands and other remote areas where delivery times may be longer. We do not deliver on weekends and holidays.

During certain periods (Christmas and/or similar holidays, sales, Black Friday, Cyber ​​​​​​​Monday, customs clearance of new products, etc.) there may be slight delays in order processing, although we are very careful to stick to the deadlines.

An email with a tracking code is sent when the package leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. Customers can use the code on the DPD or GLS website to get information about the location of the package and the estimated delivery time.
