Notice for Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

2.2. E-Mobility Warranty: For our E-mobility products, the warranty coverage is as follows:

  • 12 months warranty for the frame, controller, and motor.
  • 6 months warranty for the battery.
  • Other plastic parts and wearing parts are not covered by the warranty.
  • Spare parts are available during the warranty period, but the customer is responsible for the freight costs.

2.3. Other Products Warranty: For all other products, we provide a 6-month warranty period. Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear parts.
